Christmas Delivery Cut-off Dates
The deadlines for sending mail to and from most destinations in Australia via regular Parcel Post have past, but if sending via Express Post you have until Monday 19 December, unless you're in Western Australia or Northern Territory, where you only have until Wednesday 14 December.

INTERNATIONAL, DHL EXPRESS
Rate: $40 or Free On Orders Over $300
Delivery Time: 10+ Business Days
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are dispatched from our Newcastle warehouse. Orders placed prior to 12pm on Wednesdays will be shipped on the Wednesday. Orders received after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped on the Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

We are unable to ship to Australia or International P.O boxes.

Steel City is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept free returns within seven days of delivery. See conditions below.
Online Returns Policy
All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with the swing tags attached, and are accepted at the discretion of our team.
Australian orders:
Full price items can be returned free of charge within seven days of delivery using our reply paid Australia Post service providing the order is over $100.
Full price purchases under $100 can be returned for refund or store credit at the customers own expense. Return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $10 per return, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
We are not able to offer exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
Sale items are not eligible for return or credit unless faulty. Please choose carefully and if you have any questions regarding a sale item please contact our customer service team.
INTERNATIONAL orders:
Full price INTERNATIONAL orders can be returned at the customers own expense. Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as Steel City will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
